To arrange this facility, please leave a message in the Special Requests box. Please note that the Royal Beach restaurant is open from May to September. Please note that access to the spa is upon reservation only. Please note that sun loungers are available to rent on the private beach for an additional fee. It is strongly recommended that you reserve in advance. Please note that sun beds on the private beach are at an extra cost: EUR 30 per sun bed on the beach EUR 40 per sun bed on the pier. Children of 16 years and younger cannot access the spa. Please note that the maximum occupancy of Superior Double or Twin Room with City View and Deluxe Double Room with City View is 2 adults and 1 child. The maximum occupancy of Classic Double or Twin Room with Courtyard View is 2 people. Pets are accepted in all the apartments, and also in the Deluxe room and Standard room with a supplement of 25 € per night (forbidden in classic rooms and superior rooms). Only one pet per accomodation. Gluten-free diet, please inform us at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Please note that access to the spa is upon reservation only AND SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY FOR 50 MIN. Please be aware that from 6 rooms booked, special cancelation policies will be applied. A security deposit will be requested at the time of check-in to cover your possible expenses as well as your overnight stays. Otherwise, you will be denied access to your accommodations.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Hôtel très bien placé, mais chambre trop petite pour un prix élevé. Mais bien sûr c’est Antibes et la côte d azur… toujours la question : comment sont attribuées les étoiles !! Pour 4 étoiles : wc dans salle de bain, pas de miroir grossissant et d autres détails pour qui 3 étoiles seraient suffisantes…!

"Very pleasant stay at a nice hotel - it isn't "luxury" but definitely high quality."

Nice breakfast buffet, we were able to park on the street which saved us money, walking distance to old town, directly across from the water.
