The owner is responsive, nice and accommodating. Location is good. Value for money.

Shower in toilet is not working well. Hard to open the door. Room is Quite tight for 4x adult and 1x kid but then with the price, i say value for money.

Perfect location. It is close to all the areas I planned to visit. There are several food stores/restaurants walking distance.

Too tight. We - 4 adults and 1 child for a studio type room.

The room is in a high-rise building; both are getting on in years. There are only apartments here, no hotel. This means there is no reception or contact person on site. As a result, you may have noisy neighbours, and cooking can cause the entire floor to smell of fish. The rooms are reasonably furnished, but everything looks old and worn. However, the location is excellent, in the heart of Cebu City.

The kitchen and crockery could do with a thorough clean before being used. If you don't like small cockroaches, it's better not to stay here. The air conditioning is either freezing cold and blows too strongly, or quiet but too warm. You can still hear the traffic even on floors above 30. Our contact person was available and helpful at check-in, but suddenly unavailable when we first complained about the vermin.

Location!!! The importance of location is a big deal; everything from access to surrounding businesses and especially Cebu Doc Hospital. The contact person also is very reliable in terms of our needs. Thank you.

I'm so glad to meet Ms. Juvy thru B**king.com after searching for an accommodation that suits our standards. And their accommodation surpassed our expectations. Super clean room, aesthetically beautiful interior, great internet speed and perfect location for all the nearby shops, malls and tourist destinations. Plus, she is a superb hostess. She will even help you book with other unit owners in case her rooms are fully booked. A truly 5 star class customer service and accommodation.
