I had a fantastic one-night stay at Casa del Balsamo in Rethymno. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The architecture is stunning, blending luxury and charm beautifully. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Magnificent, new, cozy room. High recommended. Appreciated the kindness of the staff employees

No welcoming at the check-in time, no hotel sign on the road. We had to call twice and waited for the owner to get in.
