Great location, short walk to Woody's bar shops and arcades. Clean well kept site

Very clean and comfortable and had everything and more than we needed! Brilliant location, with a local shop/cash point on the site, just a short walk from a bar. Around a 20-minute walk from central Ingoldmells so not too far from the hustle and bustle, but far enough away to still feel peaceful and not too hectic in March. Good communication from the owner. No complaints, would definitely come back!

Having to bring our own towels/ben linen was a little extra effort, but understandable and no real dramas.

Location was very convenient for bus stop, and a short walk to bars, not too lively but enough for reasonable atmosphere.

The caravan was very tired, no area for eating a meal,, advertised a veranda but was messaged before arriving it had been taken away to be repaired. It was laid in front of the caravan on the floor, and looked like it had been there for some time, disappointed as I'd booked it to take friends visiting from Australia, I was quite embarrassed.

How close it was to most things . Caravan was ok till I fell through the decking that I reported damaged when we got there

Falling through the decking pulling the muscles in my back and cutting my foot ! Was kind of delt with but ruined my holiday
