Apartment has a fairly well equipped kitchen. The sofa was comfortable. It is a short distance to a nice area in the lower city.

A more thorough cleaning job could have been done e.g. food from previous guests in the bin, underwear from previous guests in the drawer, hair in the plug hole of the bath/shower, kitchenware with food on it. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no working light in the hall way. You will need a torch to access the door to the apartment. The water in the shower would go very hot or very cold, making a shower a hard task to complete. The apartment is close to the centre of the lower city, however, the area directly outside the apartment is a little unsettling. There is a lot of noise from the neighbours upstairs, you can hear all their movements and when they run around up there it sounds like they may come through the ceiling. We found it very hard to sleep at night as even with the windows closed you could still hear the noises from the street outside. It was hard to believe that the windows were actually closed as there was so much noise. The air conditioning is only in the living space so it was very warm at night in the bedrooms. The contract that must be signed ahead of the stay is excessively long and over the top. I haven’t encountered a contract such as this previously on booking.com.

As such the apartment is fine, it is large, has a complete kitchen. it is just the way it is managed.

It starts that the owner makes you sign a contract of 10 pages, it would cost several hours to read all of it. It stipulates how much you have to pay when you break a cup, a plate and from what I remember it could be like 20 euro for a broken plate. And there were many other clauses that I didn't read and I don't know what I all risked signing it. It was not announced on the booking description that this was an exceedingly strict landlord with rules as if it was some dictatorship. I turned out to have booked for the wrong dates, but the landlord was unbudging and didn't allow me to stay an extra day. My colleague in the end didn't travel with me, but all the same the landlord charged Municipal Taxes us for all the days and for two people. So instead of charging me 3 nights that I stayed with one person (which is the real usage of the place), we got the bill for 4 nights with two people. If I didn't agree to pay that, he wouldn't have told us where the flat was nor the code for the key, so it was impossible to negotiate. When I asked him if I could, after all, stay another day, he referred me to Booking.com. There it cost more than double for a day extra than what I had used. I have never had such a totally inhumane landlord via Booking so far. I was trying to be reasonable and just got no, no, no, no, no back. I suggest you remove him from the listing.

Proximity to train station, and Centrum.had washing machine. That was great.

Too ambiguous key system and excessive paper work for checkin. Three doors to go through and check in. Door entry not clearly labeled. But they sure had a lot of legal paperwork you had to complete. More than any other B&B we stayed at in Italy. Parking anailable four blocks away.

The apartment has a good location near the station, it is clean, spacious, the restaurant VOX at 1* is near it, there is also an excellent Parmigiano shop with local products on the street.

There was a misunderstanding with the keys upon arrival, it was resolved. When the restaurants in the immediate vicinity are open, the air in the apartment is thick. At night, a lot of noise on the floor

Check in process was simple and the host was receptive and quick to reply. The area is well connected with nearby bus stops, leading both to airport and city center. The apartment is rather big and well furnished. The beds vere comfortable. There were several umbrellas available at the entrance, which was super useful during rainy days!

I've liked most things about the apartment, but the walls are super thin, which made it super difficult for us to get a good nights sleep. Both bedrooms are unfrotunately facing the street, which can be quite loud even super late in the night and early in the morning. Moreover, the neighbours on the floor above are also very very noisy (i.e. non-stop sounds of running footsteps, floors creaking, ...).

Horrible incessant communication with 3 members of the staff upon arrival, even when i asked to not be disturbed while resting. Check in instructions were sent only 5 days AFTER check out. Noise from upstairs, no soap, shampoo or shower gel, no lights on the floor of the apartment which requires opening 3 different locks, very unsafe. Apartment is spacious but it's for a couple and small kids only, bunk beds with shelf on top not suitable for adults. Location is ok in the new part of the city, 10 minutes walking to train station.

Very good location for our purpose. Nice and very helpful host. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, food stores - everything is near to accomodation.
