The property is ideally situated within walking distance of all major attractions while still being conveniently close to the train station which provides access to the airport. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, while being part of a historic building with beautiful views. The host, Camilla, was very welcoming and shared many helpful tips on what to see and where to dine.

The apt is an absolute gem! location top, modern apt, and very confortable beds, bathroom.closets, safe, kitchen full equipped, all PERFECT! The hostess Camille such a nice and professional lady! she was expecting us and waiting to serve us and help us with resturants and guide us with tips to visit the city, even call a taxi for us, has been a real pleasure dealing with her. Location next to the restaurants and walking distance to the piazza and shops. For sure we will be back.

just to know is a 3rd floor with no elevators but the apt and location is worth the stairs

Great location in an older part of Bologna. Close to all attraction sites and train station. The apartment itself was modern, clean and has very good amenities which are not easy to find in an old city. It also has one of the most iconic views of the canal. What made our stay memorable was the property manager, Camilla. She was exceptionally helpful, responsive, efficient and initiative. We had to leave at 6 am. Camilla showed up at 5.50 am to send us off and to ensure we got into our taxi. Thank you so much Camilla! You were like our personal concierge and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

A few missing amenities that would have helped if a guest was to stay longer.

The property was in a good location, was a very large sized rooms and space, nicely finished, full accommodations. The lodging was clean, furnishings were high class, and just overall a very high-end apartment. The host Camilla was the greatest host I have ever had. She was accommodating in every way, excellent communication, and willing to help with any and all travel plans. She provided recommendations and made the entire trip more enjoyable.

There was nothing unpleasant in any way. Everything was wonderful!

The apartment is an excellent location, it's beautiful and well equipped. Also Camilla is absolutely incredible, she was super responsive both before and during our stay, gave us excellent recommendations, helped us with general queries and overall was just absolutely lovely. It was our first time in Bologna and we fell in love with the city. Will definitely be back and Camilla will be my first port of call for accommodation when we do.

The only tiny issue was the air con wasn't great in the bedrooms. We went in May and the weather was mixed so it didn't impact our stay hugely but if I was there in summer months it may be different

Beautiful, very clean apartment with great views (onto street, both sides of the canal and a pretty courtyard) and the lovely Camilla who is definitely an asset of this accommodation.

Huge, beautifully decorated apartment in the old town. Located directly over the canal with amazing views. Three balconies. Only a few minutes walk from a large parking garage. No lift to the apartment, but the view is worth it.

Great location, nicely decorated, very clean, host was so accommodating and helpful. It exceeded our expectations.
