Saya kurang berpuas hati kerana masa untuk check in terlalu lambat dan masa check out terlalu awal sehingga menyusahkan kami.kami terpaksa menghabiskanl masa untuk berpusing2 mencari tempat simpan kunci Dan parking kereta. Sangat tidak puas hati

I love everything about the house. Enough to accomodate my family.

Should have provide microwave so that it much more convenient. No additional plastic to put garbage.

Easy access to places and uitm.

Toilet at living hall have bad smell. Parking also very troublesome. The host only communicate through WhatsApp and upon check out we already return the unit key but the host by evening only message to me mentioned she can't find the key in the letterbox. Why don't you check the key upon guest check out time at 11 am. Check out time by 11 am and have to pay rm50 every hour if to extend check out time as I am sending my daughter to Uitm new student registration . Key and card lost is not guest problem anymore. Suppose should change pin code and repair your letterbox lock.Facing hard time as host keep calling while I am driving in highway back to hometown and get scolded by my dad for answering calls while driving.

Parking is free. Easy check in and check out. There's a washing machine provided but no racks to hang the washed clothes though.

Check-out time at 11am is not according to the standard time. The toilet on the lower floor has quite a strong smell even after being flushed. With that price, I expect the host to be able to provide additional basic amenities such as a basic water filter, a microwave oven and some clothes racks. The standing steam iron is also difficult to use, normal iron should be just fine.
