Amazing location! Also extremely clean and well designed.

The check-in was total disaster! Before our check-in I confirmed twice our arrival time receiving both times confirmations from the host. However when we arrived there was no one on the address. So I called the provided phone number and...they were really surprised that we are there. And that we have a reservation at all. So...they assured us that in 10 minutes they will come. In the next 30 minutes no one came except couple of neighbors to check us who we are (really embarassing). The neighbors also called the hosts to inform them that we are there waiting. So when the hosts came they acted really annoyed and we lost another 10 minutes in front of the property without letting us in. Also the property description says it has a kitchen which is not entirely true. Yes, there are stove, oven, fridge, etc, but the kitchen is stripped from all kitchenware (dishes, pans, pots, cups, cutlery) so you can't use the amenities if you don't bring on your Italy trip all those things with yourself. True, you are informed trough a message that due to some regulations the kitchen can not be used. The problem is that this happens after you have already reserved the place and that reservation might be based on the kitchen description. Not that we needed the kitchen but some people may get fooled so I think it is useful info. The overall feeling is that the place is made and designed by someone visionary and then left to be managed by people who not only don't know how, but maybe even don't want to deal with that kind of business.
