Casa stupenda!! Super attrezzata e moderna con ogni comfort. Pulitissima, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. La terrazza è stupenda e molto spaziosa e la posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta, centrale e vicina a tutto. Ultimo ma non per importanza il nostro gentilissimo padrone di casa Luis sempre disponibile e attento a tutti i nostri bisogni. Grazie mille per questa bellissima vacanza!

The host is accommodating and very available throughout the staying. The apartment is clean and in good shape, it has appliances in the kitchen such as a deep fryer, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a citrus juicer. The kitchen is small, but functional for simple meals. The bathroom is pleasant, equipped with a hair dryer and a hand towel.

Luis was a very responsible host, responding immediately after I made the booking. The day before our arrival, he messaged me on WhatsApp with instructions regarding when I wanted to enter the apartment. On the day of arrival, he remained attentive and helpful, as he had been throughout the entire booking period. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh. There is a large balcony on the east and south sides of the building, so the sun shines on it in the morning and throughout the day. You can even see the sea from the balcony (the apartment is on the second floor, but all buildings in Arrecife are about the same height). Inside the apartment, there are two large Samsung TVs, a bad mattress is memory foam without springs, and a good shower with quick hot water. The fridge is spacious and not very noisy. You can park your car right in front of the building on the street, which is fairly quiet. There is a small fruit shop on a nearby street where you can buy fresh produce. For anything else, having a car is recommended. There are some residents in the building, but we didn’t see them — it was very quiet the whole time. We stayed here for five days, and I would recommend this place to anyone who spends most of their time outside the apartment and needs convenient parking with quick access to the highway.

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment is perfect for two people. It's well equiped (there is a washing machine, a coffe maker, an airfryer, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, two big televisions) and above all it's perfectly clean. There is also a big terrace with a barbacue overlooking the city. The location is also excellent. It's close to the highway so you can be on your way to different parts of the island easily. There is lots of free parking space in front of the building as well as many shops nearby. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Cozy, sweet and clean apartment with a great terrace overlooking Arrecife 😊 Apartment really has everything you need! Kitchen is fully equiped (toaster, coffee maker, airfryer...), there are two smart TV-s, bathroom has everything and is exteremely clean (much better than some hotels), we even got a towels and beach towels from the host. 😁 Host is excellent, very friendly and helpfull! Terrace is the best part and we realy enjoed relaxing and drinking local wine at the terrace ✨️

Looks exactly like the pictures Bed super comfy Sofa was also comfy Air conditioning lovely Nice size tv we brought fire stick with us had no problems watching programmes WiFi very fast no issues Lovely terrace with bbq and sunbed & washing machine Next door neighbour was nice with two quiet dogs Bottom floor neibour has a little noisy dog but quiet after 11pm Morning was nice and peaceful never woken up Location is nice definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island and get to places ect Parking outside this apartment was easy as there is plenty of parking and off road parking if none left on the road Me and misses felt like at home here and yes we would definitely stay here again the host is lovely couple and any info needed or issues just a quick what's app message and the response is quick 😊 10/10 for us

The flat is nicely furnished with high quality appliances. It has a nice terrace with a barbecue. It is easy to find parking spaces outside the building. The owner was friendly and willing to help.
