The view from the apartment are spectacular.

The host/property manager completely ignored for the first 48 hours our requests to get clean towels (towels were dirty and still wet), for shampoo and conditioner dispensers to be replenished, for more than 2 rolls of toilet paper to be provided. We were also handed over a dirty apartment with a leaking aircon. Moreover, the washing machine was left on with the previous guests sheets, duvets and towels inside, the machine was beeping as it was too full, this was also ignored by the property manager. No apologies, after I raised the issue we were ignored, instead a cleaner was sent 20 hours before check out, to do what was owed to us from our checkin. Furthermore, mattresses are awful to sleep in and there’s no coffee machine or coffee maker as advertised and no private beach as advertised.

The location is spectacular. The pool is perfect, including for children. The beds are comfortable and the facilities very modern.

When we arrived I was informed that the past tenants had caused two damages to the apartment. Which I didn't get access to the coffee maker and most importantly washing machine. I had to spend separately to wash clothes. And although the agent gave me a password to use a washing machine. For the time in my stay was not enough. It didn't seem fair to me to have spent extra on something that was already included. I hope to have more luck on my next stay

Stayed at bonito dept frente al mar & alberca for three weeks. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The building is secure with 24-hour attendants- all the staff members were pleasant. Loved the location—within walking distance of Golden Zone, shopping, and many restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean. We liked having a washer/dryer in the unit for our extended stay and the kitchenette was convenient. Fabulous view overlooking the boardwalk and the sea. Breathtaking sunsets from the expansive balcony. We highly recommend choosing bonito dept frente al mar & alberca for your next visit to Mazatlan.
