Cozy Room Walk to La Placita & Condado Beach

There were leaks in the ceiling, and water was dripping down.

Petite inflitration d’eau dû à la pluie le jour de mon arrivée (les gouttes ont coulées dans le salon tout le long mon séjour mais ça ne m’a pas beaucoup dérangé j’étais très peu dans le logement) j’ai mis un seau pour prévenir l’inondation du sol.

Main thing host unavailable all the time. There was a leak of water and extreme dump inside the room that left the floor wet the whole time. All my clothes were constantly dump like all surfaces inside the room. I slipped and injured my back and shoulder. I tried to contact the host for help and support and never answered to the phone/emails. Booking got involved costing me a lot of money on phone calls. I cancel my reservation after 2 nights and at the moment I didn’t get any refund for the 4 nights I haven’t spent. In the property there is not one window you can open but only the main door leading to the outside area, that is like building site full of stuff of the builders. A lot of rubbish, cockroaches, rats outside that made extremely uncomfortable even to open the room door. On the pictures provided from the host you can’t see all this. Only one towel was provided and bed is really uncomfortable. This property shouldn’t be on the market until this issues are resolved
