"Super appartement à Séville assez proche du centre ville."

Appartement très bien placé, dans un quartier vivant et pas trop éloigné du centre de Séville. Proximité d'arrêt de bus idéal pour circuler. Studio de grande taille, avec tout le nécessaire, pour être bien installé et une cuisine bien équipée. Salle de bain très agréable. Et puis la très grande réactivité des propriétaires, au petit soin. Parking disponible si besoin.

A cette période de l'année (1er de l'an), le froid dans l'appartement qui n'avait peut être pas été chauffé depuis un certain temps a été un peu désagréable les premiers 24h. Dans la salle de bain, il manque aussi un sèche serviette qui serait fort appréciable l'hiver. A noter l'apport par Juan Pedro d'un radiateur d'appoint. Pas facile de stationner dans les rues.

Buen apartamento, limpio y bien ubicado. Se encuentra en un barrio muy bonito y con facilidad para ir al centro, ya que hay varias paradas de bus cerca.
