Angel 8 AirBnB Apartment 2

The room was nice and big, there was a braai area right outside our door which was a bonus, i think they put alot of effort into this place, all the little details and deco.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, they really need to invest in buying a new one.

The disappointment overshadowed what we otherwise could have appreciated. I think the owners need to spend at least 2 nights in the apartment to understand the frustration. I do however think that they can do better, I urge them to take the criticism in a positive way so that they can improve.

1.The pictures used for advertising are deceiving. 2. The apartment is too cramped. 3. Advertised as a two bedroom whereas it's a small one bedroom with a loft where one can't even stand upright. 4. Advertised a queen-size bed but provided a double bed with a worn-out mattress. 5. The "couch" is also uncomfortable with very thin seat cushions. 6. The kitchen cabinet where the stove is place has broken drawers that fall off when you open. 7. Although we kept the apartment for the duration of the booking, we stayed for only 1 night and had to book and pay for an alternative accommodation for the other 2 nights.

The place was easy to find beautiful and clean all items that we could need were there.

The bathroom area was a bit tight but the lovely warm shower was perfect

Very cozy and homely styling. Safe location and close to all of the restaurants and wedding venues.

Room is a bit cluttered and difficult to move around.

Self Catering

The apartment we stayed in was not represented in the photos shown on the website, which created expectations that did not match the reality of the accommodation. We did not anticipate that the apartment would be so compact and confined in layout. The bed was positioned extremely close to the entrance—less than a step away—and only a few steps from the kitchen area. The shower and toilet were very small, with the bathroom separated from the kitchen by only a half wall, which offered little privacy and made the arrangement feel uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom light shone directly onto the bed area, which disturbed the rest of the partner who remained in bed. Overall, the setup was not as functional or comfortable as expected based on the online presentation.
