We booked this unit, but we were moved to a lower rated/cheaper unit (Happy Rainbow suite). They would not refund the difference (£+60). They did not want me to escalate through booking.com and offered me a derisory cash in hand offer (£14) No locks/restrictors on the windows/balcony doors (30 floors up!). We had to find a local hardware shop to gaffer up the handles for the safety of our children. The mattresses collapsed, so it was like sleeping in a crater. There was no hand soap in the toilets/bathrooms. Should have read the Google reviews first. I advise finding somewhere else to stay.

The apartment is quite clean. The lvl we stay was quiet and peaceful. Room was juz nice for 2A3C. Very near to legoland. The carpark still ok. Quite safe. Have guard walking ard and station there. Is easy to check in n out.

The toilet on 2nd night when we back. Dunno y suddenly so many ants at the toilet bowls and tiles. I clear it off b4 my kids start whining while showering. I dislike the dining chair😂😂😂 Coz is slanted outward. We keep on kicking the chair legs. And painful. 🙄😂 We dislike the round and round up to the carpark. If U driving big car like us. Good luck... The bed abit hard. My hb sleep till a lil uncomfortable. The toilet can't close properly. It keep on open abit. Not a big issue to me.

Apartment was well taken care of.

Trying to locate the building was quite tough.
