* Kindly note that our property is strictly nonsmoking in accordance with Portuguese law. Smoking anywhere inside or outside areas of the property (including balconies and terrace) are strictly prohibited and guests found smoking will be subject to eviction and a professional cleaning fee of 200 euros. * To respect the comfort of all guests and our neighbors, we kindly request quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. * In each room, you'll find a separate fuse board. If there are any electrical power cut issues, start by checking the fuse board in the room. If the problem persists, there's a central fuse board located at the bottom of the stairs near door 13. For any water-related issues, the main switch is located to the left as you enter through door 13 from the street; * Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
