The location

I arrived 3.00pm, follow the instructions to collect the key from the mail box, didn't see any keys, contact the staff for about an hour, no answer. Very frustrated 😞. They wanted me to pay deposit RM100 before check in, this is not mentioned in booking.com

Good location, surrounded by restaurants and grocery store, walking distant to city center and jetty

The Check-in unit electricity power was cut-off by Sabah Electricity authority due to property owner did not paying for the utility bills for several months. Calls and WhatsApp to property owner get no respond for nearly 30 minute. after that managed to get a respond but still take nearly 30 minute to get a respond to switch to another unit which is NOT like the first prebooked unit. Kettle was faulty cannot making coffee

Convenient as it is near to SICC Jesselton and Suria Sabah Shopping mall

Wireless are slow…cant watch any movie There’s no resident parking…thus parking per day roughly around rm11-15
