Open Plan - 3 Bedroom House - Garden and Outdoor Seating - Driveway Parking - Short Drive to City Centre

Very quiet location. Off street parking. Modern kitchen and dining area and seating area at the back overlooking outdoor entertaining area and ability to open hopper windows to allow air flow. Good supplies of tea, sugar and coffee. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with area to put toiletries. Washing machine and small dishwasher both worked well. Drying rack. Lots of pots and pans (which I put through the dishwasher because they did not look clean), and frying pans need replacing (very badly scratched Teflon which is a health hazard, handles very loose). We had a good stay here despite my list of things for improvement and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Suggestions for improvement: Blinds in the dining area to reduce the heat load, the glare (hard to watch tv) and to provide privacy from neighbours. A couch/sofa in this area too. Only an uncomfortable chair and two stools and glass table, besides the dining table and 6 chairs. Needed furniture for a more relaxed area. The shower pressure could have been better. The kitchen sink drained slowly. Only one drinking glass which was odd. Could have done with a few more bowls and a proper salad bowl. Frying pans in very poor state and need replacing. Having to go upstairs to go to the toilet. General finish of the property is home handy man rather than professional finish. Doors not painted properly, wall half painted in area, door handles not properly working.

A well decorated, and clean environment garden was fantastic for thekids. The property felt very homely.

For some reason the upstairs radiators didn’t warm up when the central heating was turned on. There was also a breeze coming from the loft hatch which made the room feel cold during the night.

Kitchen was lovely, bedrooms were great.

It could of been a little cleaner eg/ dirty fridge, dirty toilet

single rooms bed was extremely uncomfortable springs felt in mattress. tap was leaking and spraying when we arrived and lamp in double front room broken. Stain on sofa and few towels had stains. dishwasher leaks! sofa in lounge very hard. could do with more comfy seating in conservatory. crockery had dried food on and kitchen cupboards few crumbs . wardrobe full off bedding no too much Space in there.

Ideal Location for my family, short and simple drive to everywhere we needed including my favourite city in England.
