Very comfy and cozy private room, ideal for my trek to the Knuckles. Good bed with mosquito net. Hot water in the shower. Hosts were great and very welcoming and answered all my questions

Water pressure from shower was quite low but apart from that everything else was great.

The host was really friendly and they offer you tours. They also give you a cup of tea in the morning. The view is great as well! The bed is comfortable and the shower has hot water :)

The toilet did not really flush… Besides that you could not have breakfast or dinner at the homestay and the restaurants were far away, so you had to take a tuktuk or taxi in the night / for dinner. We could really hear the people in the room next to us, they woke us up around 4 am… and kept talking loudly.

What can I say about this homestay. To start when you enter your greeted by their lovely family, whether it’s mom or dad or one of the kids, maybe even grandma or grandpa will show you to your room. As you go up there is lovely paintings and drawing from all over the world. For everything that’s missing gets made up in the hospitality and kindness from the family:)

Blankets, maybe you want to wear an extra layer.

I loved everything, gorgeous view from my balcony, even from my bed with the window open! Good quality clean linens and pillows, very clean spacious room. The owner was so kind and friendly and not pushy. Easy to find, just a few steep steps to arrive!

the only downside was that the toilet didn’t flush sometimes, but no big deal!
