Good location, spacious house

Downstairs bedroom curtains hanging off, downstairs shower didn’t work. Couldn’t sit on garden furniture as it was so rusted, and arm had come off outside chair leaving a rusty spike. Contacted phone number and email to try and notify of the problems but no response.
