Location was well designed for access to parking, locker room and ski lifts.

It was very unclear how to locate our apartments (24 & 28) as these numbers did not appear on any of the instructions. Our coach dropped us off at the roundabout and we could not easily see which way to go. We finally found our apartments from the outside access but could not gain entry as we did not have a code for this. We had to phone support who were then able to open the outside door remotely (although the first time we phoned no-one answered and we just heard music!). Once inside the building and outside our apartment, we again had to gain remote access via telephone support as we didn't then have the pass number to use on the key panel. This created a very bad initial experience that could have been avoided with a combination of clearer and more complete instructions.
