Appartement sympa avec vue sur mer, bien équipé.

Ascenseur trop lent, odeur de drogue dans le couloir et sur le balcon, odeur de canalisation ++

L’emplacement est parfait, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Établissement un peu vieux mais appartement rénové. Climatisation au top. Il y a des volets électriques et un rideau occultant donc pas de problème de luminosité le matin.

Le seul petit problème c’est le ménage du sol, nous avons remarqué des poils/cheveux et sur le canapé… sinon tout le reste ok.
