The location was very roomy and clean. Sylvia was a great host.

The appartement is close to Metro C, so you can park your car and take the Metro, visiting Rome from this location is super easy and convenient. Is also close to Frascati, excellent wineries . It was a really nice touch offering the breakfast.

We arrived by taxi, rather an ordeal to find the key box. Check in was not until 5 pm which meant we were carting our cases around all day waiting to check in. The train station was about a 1 1/2 mile walk uphill to Colonna galleria station, but train only took 31 minutes to Rome termini. The host was very helpful organizing a taxi for our departure as we had an early flight from Ciampino airport, taxi cost 60euro as early in the morning (3.30am). Accommodation was perfect, very spacious, supermarket within walking distance. Couldn’t find any bars or restaurants in the vicinity it is a residential area.

Finding the key box proved stressful.

There were so many helpful extras available freely in the apartment, there was a whole food basket with crackers, coffee, jam etc. in, toiletries in the bathroom - unusually great. The property is gated at night so we felt secure. Lovely large balcony. Easy to find. Big indoor shopping center near by. Cute bathroom.

I think when the apartment was first set up, I'm sure it was amazing with the record player etc. but by now the record player was broken, the towels were absolutely tiny, not large enough even to wrap around a skinny person. The floor around the bin was so sticky it made funny noises. Nowhere to hang clothes in the main bedroom at all and the wardrobe just outside the door was locked. No full length mirror. Really though, the good did out-weigh the bad.

Everything was amazing, we loved the place and wished we could stay longer. Very modern and secure place with dedicated parking bay, a short drive away from the metro to Rome where we parked for just 1.5 Euros for the day. The complimentary wine was a delight.
