Good size apartment, nice pool area

Beds are not great, no ac

Host Willie was very friendly and helpful It was very easy to meet him and get access to the room. The two bedrooms were much bigger than we expected. The kitchen had everything you needed all utensils were present Even scissors and a cheese grater and a complimentary bottle of water and wine were in the fridge. Location was perfect for us as this is a basement level apartment we have a son with autism so it is very safe for young and vulnerable children. There is no balcony which is even safer however it is easy to dry your clothes safely on the window rails. The TV has easy access to the hdmi port to plug in a fire stick. The swimming pool was perfect It was surprisingly warm for late December. Again really safe for the children and it wasn't too busy. Location was perfect no noise at night and really close to everywhere the beach is 5 mins walk and you can go left to Costa adeje or right to las America's and be there in equal time If you have young children this apartment is ideal A cleaner arrived after day 4 and totally cleaned the whole apartment which was unexpected. We loved everything

Nous n’avons pas logé dans la logement prévu à cause un problème de canalisation mais dans le 1E. Le logement était plus petit mais avec 2 chambres tout de même. L’emplacement est super proche de la plage et des rues commerçantes. A 8 min de marche de Siam Park. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans le parking de la résidence , un vrai plus ! La piscine est super, les enfants ont adoré. Willie a été très attentif et arrangeant.

Pas de clim, les nuits étaient fraîches cependant impossible d’aérer l’appartement car les fenêtres des chambres sont à peine plus grande qu’une feuille A4, heureusement il y a des ventilateurs mais impossible de faire baisser la température.

The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

A small thing to note—while the listing doesn’t mention a balcony, it’s easy to assume there is one. Just a heads-up, there isn’t!
