The owner is wonderful. She was very helpful when we needed her, friendly and had good local knowledge to give advice on where to eat and visit. The apartment is located just a short taxi ride to downtown KK, and downstairs there's a huge shopping mall withe everything you need The rice cooker broke and our hist vwry quickly came to the apartment with a replacement. It was nice to have the opportunity to meet her too, very nice lady.

Only temporary problems - only one lift worked (one was under maintenance), so getting to and from the 16th floor sometimes took a while because we had to wait for the lift. The other temporary problem was we had two Internet blackouts, but both were resolved fairly quickly and our host kept us updated with the progress of getting back online. The Internet issue wasn't the fault of the apartment either, it was an issue with the whole building
