The apartment is in an excellent location. It is very spacious, clean and very well equipped with new or very new kitchen appliances
The sofa bed is actually in a bedroom, not in the living area. We are a family of 5 with 3 adult sons and so it didn't quite work well for us. Furthermore, as there is only one toilet which is in the bathroom, this should be borne in mind if a party of adults, rather than a family, is considering the apartment. However the overall review of our stay is very positive.

Very spacious, modern apartment in a central location. Looks better than the pictures. Close to lots of restaurants. The host was very helpful at check-in suggesting things to do. Ideal location for visiting the Cinque Terre.

This was a stunning large apartment. The location is amazing, and the apartment stunning. The guy who met us was very polite and helpful. So many great little touches too. Id definitely stay here whenever I visit La Spezia.
