"Bom custo beneficio, ótima localização"

Localização excelente, muito próximo da estação de trem e das balsas do porto concórdia. Com elevador e acesso por código ao prédio e apartamento, que tem suítes privativas e cozinha compartilhada. Cama confortável, ar condicionado, bom banheiro. Havia uma obra no prédio em frente mas a janela vedava bem o barulho externo. Mercado pertinho, na rua. Cafe da manhã simples, típico italiano, com croissant doce, café e torradas.

La ubicacion y lo bien atendida por Sandra , muy amable.

Me pareció peligrisa la bañadera sin antiadherentes , sin jabonera , tenias q dejar las cosas en el piso . Salias y no tenias donde agarrarte. El colchon muy finito y la cama miy ruidosa.

Molto centrale

Camera molto spartana e anche l’ambiente della colazione un po triste , purtroppo non abbiamo trovato il bagno pulito, soprattutto gli asciugamani , in oltre non e’ stato possibile avere la fattura

Posizione centrale che consente di muoversi a piedi per le principali attrazioni della città. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

La camera tripla dove ho soggiornato presenta una porta a vetri piuttosto datata che non insonorizza dai rumori interni alla struttura, essendo adiacente alla zona colazione. Bagno senza bidet. Il Letto supplementare è un pouf suddiviso in 3 materassi bassissimi per cui si dorme a contatto con la struttura metallica.

"It was a reasonable place to stay with a nice staff and walking distance to sights in the town."

It was within walking distance of the train station, the harbor, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed being in the heart of the city and being in an older building where local people lived. There was a helpful staff with a good continental breakfast. The train station has good connections to other places. There are also ferries to other areas.

I think there were a few stairs to climb before you reached the elevator.
