Location is great. Just a short walk from some great restaurants and bars. Parking available at the property. Apartment was clean . Pool area is fantastic, very clean and very quiet, we were the only people using the pool most of the week we stayed. Stefano was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

It states one bedroom superior apartment, neither of which we found to be exactly true. First of all let’s address the word “ superior” . To me that denotes something better than the norm, it wasn’t. The bedroom, that was laughable. A bed in an alcove with a curtain does not, in my opinion constitute a bedroom. There is no balcony or terrace just a window that opens onto the corridor. Bear in mind when considering this apartment, it’s in the basement of the building. No daylight anywhere. You literally have to walk to the pool area to see what the day is doing. No air con, which wasn’t too bad for us staying in march ( although we had to use the fan provided) but it must be hell in the heat of the summer. We couldn’t leave the door open for some much needed fresh air in a stuffy apartment due to it being it opening onto a corridor. Also be aware, you have to pay €200 key money, plus €50 for the remote to get in and out of the car park ( both returned on vacating the apartment). We paid €725 for our weeks stay. As regular visitors to Tenerife ( we stay 3-4 times a year) it’s the most we have paid for the most disappointing accommodation.Its certainly got its good points, but the bad far and away out way those.
