Unfortunately, Chakas Cove 8 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be canceled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience. Please note that no loud noise and parties are allowed on the premises. Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processes without the actual card being present. You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers license for all manual credit card transactions. Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasize that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodations, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties: • Parties / events / services • Overcrowding (The maximum number of people occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.) • Drunken disorderly behavior • Noise Disturbance / loud music • No Matric Rage bookings All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details. Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
