The property is spacious, clean and had all facilities available except one major factor, water pressure was low the whole time. The view from the balconies were beautiful.

The building suffers from loss of pressure of water, this resulted in having little water passing through the taps and bath/shower so we couldn’t wash which was very disappointing as i had two small children and 3 adults in the property. Although the host said the water pressure was fixed, there were still little water coming out and was then told it was not to my “satisfaction” when it was blatantly still very low one could not use for showering. It was a fact not a matter of it being unsatisfying. We ended up paying 200dirhams each to use the spa downstairs, an extra expense we did not need to make. Wifi was really bad although the host kindly gave us another box, the wifi is still bad they should consider using a different service provider. Adults were working from their laptops and could not do so with a proper connection so it was frustrating. Netflix and youtube barely worked for 5 minutes straight so kids were always crying about it. Host suggested i could leave a day early and get a refund but having a whole family with two disabled people move such last minute to find alternative accommodation was not possible without causing distress so this was not a way of solving the problem. It was just inconvenient and stressful dealing with these two problems, hosts need to fix these issues before welcoming families.
