"Stunning design flat in Wellington heights"

10.0

Literally everything was perfect: stunning apartment very nicely designed, superb view, excellent coffee and all details just perfect. I don’t very often rate a perfect 10 but this is the perfect stay-over when you are in Wellington ! 5 min Uber to centre or 25 min walk. We did both :)

Absolutely nothing !

Home was warm and welcoming, lighting was intimate, decor is nice, it has all amenities you could wish for, the views are great, it is very quiet, there is car parking, it is not far from the city!

House looks not so welcoming from the outside.

"Home from home"

10.0

Everything. The decoration, vibe, view from the windows, coziness, bird singing, nature, kitchen, home appliances ... especially Jenny's thoughtfulness and responsiveness. If going back to Wellington, we hope to stay here again.

If you have no car, it will take time (and effort) to get around. We booked Uber, which was okay.

"Fantastic apartment in Wellington"

10.0

What a great little place to stay in Wellington. Beautiful decorations and a lot of modern features. Well done Jenny, you have a great little place on the hill with a view. I highly recommend staying here. Parking in front of the apartment.

Everything was great.

Everything was fine

After checking in..had to leave due to defining noise from renovation next door..builders said that they would finish early..and did.. We were not happy about that..but a compromise was made

"A gem"

10.0

Great communication with the hostess, Jenny, from the start. Detailed information was being provided and any questions we had answered right away. Jenny's apartment is truly a home away from home. Going down one set of stairs, the door opens via smart lock and code. There is a small entrance area and then from left to right: living room with small round dining table and two chairs, the funky-looking sofa with overhead element, two reading chairs and a large TV, followed by the kitchen (electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, 4 hobs, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, ... you name it), then the bedroom and finally the bathroom (shower, sink, washer and dryer). Inviting and cozy decor. Hostess really thought this through: everything one could think of - kitchen gadgets, basic breakfast items, reading material, even the right amount of laundry liquid in small plastic containers ... is being provided. There is also electric heating which was indeed needed because the days we spent in Wellington were rather chilly. Great view of the city day and night! Free Wifi and free parking which was very much appreciated as we had to do some work and also arrived by car.

As someone has already mentioned the road to the apartment is indeed narrow. We did not have any issues though until we came across an illegally parked car on the sidewalk that was blocking the road. It was raining cats and dogs and we could not go any further. Thankfully after approx. 15 min a lady appeared and removed the car. How anyone can block the only road in this fashion is truly beyond me, in an emergency an e.g. ambulance would have had no chance to get through.
