Great location, safe and inviting. Equipped kitchen that I sadly didn’t use. I had no complaints, Stayed for a week after a few days it felt like I was just coming home.

It’s not the property itself but the area has lots of construction as it’s growing and looks amazing. Honestly noise didn’t affect me much.

Great location, superb flat with all necessities in a nice building with gym, pool, games room, 24hr security. The host was friendly and very helpful. Strongly recommended, hope to stay there again!

Nothing to criticise, no negatives

Good location and was roughly equidistant to everything we wanted to do. The staff for the building were great. The apartment was clean, modern and safe

The building is clearly still under construction, with corridors that lead to tarpaulins covering holes. The building works outside start from 6am and you can hear as if they are drilling the apartment itself. Even without this, the lack of soundproofing meant you heard every car horn on the main road outside throughout the night

The apartment was located within walking distance of Plaza Salaverry. Our host was accommodating & check-in went smoothly. Our host & the staff were helpful storing our luggage on checkout.

There was construction noise for a new building next door that started in the mornings at 8am.

The apartment is new.

Although the apartment new the furnitures were very filthy and stinky. The odor of the couch and chairs affected the air of the apartment. The bed was not clean . There were lots of stains in the sheets. I had to buy new sheets. The night before check out we agreed that I will leave at 12:00 pm. They knock on the door at 9:30am. Very unprofessional!!!!
