Location was excellent

Could have been cleaned better and, has mentioned in other reviews, the shower doors don’t close properly, the water goes out the shower and they could fall off at anytime

The size and location of the flat are great, and it is very useful to have a washing machine. The bed and sofa are comfortable. Having a proper oven and hob for cooking was very handy, and there is enough worktop space to prepare meals. Good wifi.

Only one of the two bedrooms has air conditioning - it was quite muggy while we were there so, if someone has to sleep in that room, it could be a problem. The pillows could be better. Also, as others have mentioned, the kitchen equipment needs to be refreshed - there is a lack of forks, for example - and the coffee machine is missing its water dispenser and so cannot be used.

Great location, close to the sightseeing places in the Old Town. Lots of bars, cafes, and coffee shops nearby. There's a supermarket and small souvenir shops near the building with everything you may need, we found sleepers, deodorant, coffeepot in the souvenir shop. The metro station Colon is about a 10-minute walk. There is a bus station near Torres de Serranos and an Uber pickup point. This made our travel in the city quite straightforward. We bought a transport pass at the metro station. The pass costs 5 euros and includes 10 trips. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities to clean, cook, do the dishes or the laundry. There was a big closet where we kept all of our luggage. The living room was spacious with air conditioning, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom included all the basics such as towels, toilet paper, shower gel, and hand soap. All in all, we're very happy with our stay and we definitely recommend this apartment for a tourist family stay in Valencia.
