Great facilities, great location, great value, would do it again ,just great.

Nothing to really dislike, good experience.

Location is good, spacious flat, needs a bit of TLC,

The washing machine leaks from under the fridge, no legs on the microwave, we had to wedge some cardboard under it to get it level, rusty and dirty saucepans ,chipped and cracked mugs,the windows let in the same amount of draught open or closed, and the flats door lock was so weak and easy to open , needs an upgrade.

Staff kicked us out at 5 in the morning because we lost the key and left us stranded for the weekend

The lock on the door to the flat was broken and the time it took to get out was something else basically a fire trap if a fire broke out you would not be able to get out in a hurry it literally took us 10 mins to jiggle the lock to get out and the same time to get in !!! JOKE .... I would not recommend anyone stas hear... We reported it to the landlord who lived opposite and he was more concerned about the heating which was another problem as we could only use one heater!!!

How close it was to the main town

No wifi was showing up for us

Close to South quay, quiet area,

Lack of security, door was so poorly fitted, daylight all around, 1 weak lock on door, owner does not or did not chance entry code and door code, we had been here several weeks earlier and the codes we had then were the same, entry foyer used by kids for weed smoking,washing machine with no drying facilities, heater fuses had been removed.

There didn’t seem to be any hot water in the kitchen sink which may have just be our error. There also was only one cereal bowl, it had a crack in it, so we had to go buy our own. But other than that it was great!

Facilities where good, location was ok , bit noisy,

Drug use in the foyer, and bottom landing,
