Приятная хозяйка Милена . Встретила ночью и заселила нас. В аппартаментах есть все необходимое, просто есть всё. Не ожидали конечно. Все чисто и аккуратно. Все, как на фото и даже лучше. Хозяйка на связи 24/7. Нам очень понравилось. Рекомендуем

This place is AMAZING! You will not find a better value anywhere. There is so much I loved about this apartment I don’t even know where to start! Milena has just done a wonderful job of adding in those little details that make it so much more comfortable. Loved: 1. The gorgeous rock wall in the living room (the whole apartment has a wonderful minimalist warm and cozy design) 2. The beautiful plants that just bring life and warmth 3. Details like: toothbrushes, dirty clothes hamper, iron/ironing board, clothes-drying and dish-drying racks, toilet bidet, extra hooks for things in the bathroom, and many more 4. VERY well-stocked kitchen - everywhere else i’ve been is usually missing a number of things you need for comfortable cooking/eating. She had everything you’ll need and even extra like coffee and spices 5. Good communication with checking in and checking to see if we got in ok 6. The bathroom is beautiful even! Great shower. 7. High quality - it’s like being in a nice hotel but a whole apartment!

The cupboard with the dishes drying rack doesn’t stay up and makes it difficult to use. There was what looked like some paper towel or toilet paper in a gap in that amazing rock wall i mentioned. Took away from the look a bit. Who knows, maybe another guest stuck it in there to be funny and it got missed.

Very neat and clean apartment, looks even better than in the picture. The owner is also super friendly and helpful, accommodated us even at night. Thank you so much, we will come back again.

Host was beyond excellent; extremely helpful, friendly, hospitable and pleasant. Answered any questions we had quickly through whatsapp. Broad range of kitchen utensils for cooking. Adjustable heating and air conditioner. Spatious bathroom, comfortable bed. Cleaning often with fresh bed sheets and towels. Washing machine and drying rack for laundy + ironing board and iron. I can easily recommend this apartment. We even got christmas decorations.

Milena is really great and hospitable host. Apartment is clean and you can find here everyhing you need for your stay. We felt like home, thank you 🙂

Definitely the cleanest and most comfortable apartment I had during my one month Georgia trip. The house owner was very kindhearted and helpful.

Only negative side comes from the location since the nearby streets are not suitable for walking. Fortunately the taxis are cheap and minibuses run frequently to the city center.
