USCode to the door was provided prior to my arrival. Was able to access my room immediately after check in with the front desk.

1. Room leaked during rainfall. 2. There were molds around the apt. 3. Had insects in the night on the bed.

I didn’t feel safe at night mostly. There were a lot of Guys just walking in on the property at night trying to sell us weed. Trying to talk to us when we at the pool side when I just want to chill and have a piece of mind. They weren’t wearing a band. One of them pulled out a knife at a security because he ask him for his band but a lot of them wasn’t wearing any. I was told that when checking in that you must wear a band to use the bar and pool. I didn’t go back to the pool side after my first night. I understand that different people operate different areas of the property but people just walk in as they please. I have been their few years ago and it wasn’t like that. That’s why I booked that location. I see no smoking sign and those guys would just walk and smoke there in the day when we using the pool and I watch the security just walk by and said nothing. If they want to do that at night at the bar then fine but not all over the pool side. If people is coming in to support the bar, security should always be around that area at night. That wasn’t the case.

CAThe location, however; the housekeeping didn't show up at all (7 days). Beautiful apartment! Ac work well in bedroom and main area. Nice kitchen with all appliances. Wrote this review in hopes they can care for they quest at a higher standard.
Housekeeping service none: Called the number provided in the room, housekeeping didn't answer, 6 to 10th contact straight to messager. Housekeeping service didn't answer nor respond! I had to get my friend staying in the same block to contact housekeeping. LAST DAY I RECEIVED CLEAN TOWELS.
CHThe swimming pool was nice and the apartment was basic but clean.
If the reservation wasn't prepaid, I would have cancelled upon arrival since the lady at the reception desk was very unprofessional and arrogant. Reception was often unattended and the apartment wasn't ready despite having mentioned number of guests in the reservation.
