Central location Apartment well furnished for 3 nights stay Host was communicative despite issues (see below)

Reception staff unfriendly & disinterested Apartment did not match photos on booking confirmation but clearly in same block Washing machine- underwear from previous guest left in machine. During wash cycle message showed drain issue. We unblocked machine to find more underwear wrapped around filter & caused water to leak from machine that we cleaned up Dishes from previous guest left to drain & remains of vegetables left in sink No hot water from main rain shower - host advised using small hose only Door code didn’t work by 2nd day - host had to reset Too many personal items left in apartment e.g. 6 pairs of slider shoes Issue with toilet blocking on last day

Our check-in was smooth and the host provided timely, clear instructions. Communication before and after check-in was excellent. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located with easy access to essential services. I became unwell during my stay in KK and ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment, and it truly felt like a comfortable place to rest and recover. Although the building is a busy residential one, we rarely had to wait long for the elevator. The bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi was fast and seamless. Having fans available was also a great alternative. We experienced a small issue with the washing machine, but the host kindly offered to arrange laundry elsewhere, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The agent? landlord? The one who owns the Suite is kind and prompt reply. The house was clean, and nice to stay in.

The lift OH GOD. Too slow. Waiting for 20+ minutes. It is a high density building with 4 lifts including Firefighter Lift. 2 out of 4 were out of work.

The unit is very clean and perfect location. Had a best shower 🚿 ever in Sabah.. hahaha

Nothing much to complaint. Just the waiting time for lift ia abit slow during peak hours ( ie12pm). Otherwise is all good.

Very nice apartment in downtown KK with very nice and helpful host!

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. After 2 weeks in the rainforest, the washing machine was very useful. The host was very helpful.

Could maybe have had an extra towel.
