EL piso esta situado en Baleal (PENICHE) al lado de la playa norte y sur a 5 minutos de la playa andando de ambas. Es una primera planta de unos 125 m2 tiene 3 habitaciones luminosas y espaciosas, terraza en todas las habitaciones al exterior con vistas al mar y un salon-cocina amplio y moderno. Dispone de todos los medios para cocinar utensilios y electrodomésticos de buena calidad en perfecto estado. La casa tiene un diseño moderno y de alta calidad y esta nueva. la urbanización dispone de una pequeña piscina, como es un edificio pequeño no suele haber gente. Buen sitio para pasar las vacaciones para ir a la playa, practicar surf y hacer visitas turísticas a sitios de interés próximos. Fernado el propietario es muy amable y esta pendiente de cualquier cosa, vamos un 10 de persona.
