NLDit soort accomodaties in een industrie-wijk mag gewoon NIET in het systeem van Booking.Com voorkomen. Eigenaar spreekt ALLEEN Frans.... en is alleen telefonisch bereikbaar. SlaapKamer was bovenin een gebouw (3e verd. ?). waar op b.g. een restaurant is gevestigd. 1 van de vragen is: HOE kom ik veilig uit de slaapkamer naar buiten als er beneden iets aan de hand is (Brand o.i.d.). Met mijn achtergrond als Veiligheidskundige/Brandweerman gingen bij mij alle alarmbellen af toen ik de kamer enz. zag. M.m.v. een personeelslid van restaurant is de eigenaar op de hoogte gesteld dat we dit verblijf onacceptabel vonden !! Na grondig overleg heeft eigenaar via personeel restaurant mij schadeloos gesteld door bedrag terug te betalen. Dit was het enige postitieve aan ons bezoek in Luxemburg. AAN Booking.Com: Ik ga ervan uit dat jullie accomodaties bij regelmaat controleren.... Zoniet, start daar dan NU mee !! Met vriendelijke groet, Peter Tukker, Ridderkerk NL.

BENiet veel we kregen de sleutel van de kamer en ga maar zelf zoeken.
We hebben betaald voor ontbijt de afspraak was om 8u30 na 9u15 was er nog niemand te zien zelf was de gelegenheid waar we moesten gaan ontbijten was zelf op slot 😡😤

Very hard to find and no one is there luckily I asked the restaurant downstairs and apparently the guy works there .. you can hear everything happening everywhere inside and outside the building .. breakfast was included and apparently it is a coffee and a croissant that’s it. It is way tooooooi expensive for what it is.. I messaged the host and never got a reply
