"Pleasant"

Breakfast, coffee and dinner were really good and filling. Staff were very polite. Special requests like change of blanket and request for Allout were fulfilled promptly. It is a dripping rustic place amidst coffee estates. People who love rain and calm would enjoy.

snacks timing was 7 pm which I felt is very late. My request for early snacks couldnt be fulfilled I think because of cooking staff work timings. Somewhere around 5-6 pm for snacks would have been a better option. Door handles need repair. Mine came off. Also opening and closing the door is a hassle because it gets stuck probably due to wear and tear from the damp weather Get your own blankets if you are a cleanliness freak. If you have problem with insects, this place is not for you. Expect insects in the night because of the damp weather.
