Absolutely clean, cozy, comfortable. Beautiful view from a balcony. Very friendly owner Maria Teresa. Property is better in real life than on photos.

It doesn’t have washing machine. Rather high way to property. Long distance from grocery store. It can be used only with car.

The apartment is very nice, clean and amazing view. The house is located in the hills of Tremezzo. We were planning to take a taxi when we arrived but it’s difficult to get a taxi so we walked. We arrived late and tired, so Maria cooked pasta and red wine for us. Because we didn’t have a car, Maria arranged for us to rent electric bikes. Couldn’t be nicer and more helpful host.

The view of the lake from the balcony were outstanding. The bedrooms in the apartment were huge and very comfortable indeed - we all slept really well. The bathroom was very modern and clean, and Maria the host was very responsive and helpful. The lake was just a few minutes drive down the hill and very easy to get a boat or drive to Mennagio. We enjoyed our three night stay and would recommend.

Walk to the property from the car park was longer than expected (0.2 miles and uphill). It was a nice walk through cobbled streets but just to be aware. Also the cover photo of the trees and lake is taken from the owners property next door. It is their garden, which you are able to sit in and enjoy the view, but this isn’t from the balcony. Not a huge issue but do feel it’s slightly misleading.

Just a bit cold, so bring your jumpers after April as heating is turned off.

Perfekt and a good view to Lake Como

The views were amazing and we love being able to admire the lake from our window. The host was friendly, greeting us and presenting everything we could need or want to see, including a cat.

The parking lot was a bit too far away to easily carry the luggage.
