[Piazza XX settembre] - feel the centre

Very nice and clean appartment.and in the prime location.

Everything was good.

The location was great. Keysafe access. Very Close to the lake. The easy access to Lecco station is nice to go all along the lake by train. The appartement is clean. There is some noise in the evenings from restaurants and bars, but it was OK for us.

I Had booked a baby cot for the week for my 2-y old girl. And after 2 days, the host called me to give it back to a another family living in another appartement in the city. "because the owner only have one baby cot for several housings, and the other family also had booked it". Since I was visiting at the moment when I received all these messages, and since the owner put me under pressure to give it back to the other family in the next 30mn I did not really check what I did really book in the past. So I ended to accept. And obviously, since the owner is not there, I personnally gave it to the other family. My baby slept the rest of the week on a mattress on the floor. I asked for a symbolic apeasement fee or symbolic gesture, but the owner only proposed a future discount, if I come back to one of its housings. Ahah like if we could take a holiday week in Italy every month.

Location is perfect. The apartment was very clean and confortable.

I would prefer to have basic staff in the kitchen and bathroom so that we did not have to buy. E.g. olive oil, paper towels in the kitchen, some washing detergent for the washing machine.
