"Decepcion y situacion angustiosa de ultima hora de casi no tener alojamiento....por mal anfitrion"

Que llegamos y en el mismo dia te dice el anfitrion que no esta disponible porque hay otros huespedes en el apartam. por un problema de "solapamiento" de dias cuando lo teniamos reservado hacia 5 meses aprox. Y nos ofrecen y alojamos (porque no nos quedaba mas remedio) en otro que huele a tabaco que te "revolvia" las tripas. El problema GORDO E IMPORTANTE es que si "rezamos" como que estamos en el primero y en este no aparecemos como huespedes en ningun documento y ocurriese algo (robo, incendio, etc) ¿Quien se haria responsable ?¿A quien hubieramos reclamado daños y perjuicios? . Y para "remate" este segundo alojamiento no lo tienen ni dado de alta como apartamento turistico. OJO, tener cuidado con este alojamiento. Un saludo para todos
