"Excellent quiet place from which to explore the nearby places of interest."

The location, with parking right on the doorstep, the beach just a few steps away and an unobstructed view of the sea from the private terrace. In a quiet, friendly residential area which during the daytime seemed only inhabited by cats and a few dogs. Ideal place from which to explore the historical sites of ancient Nikopolis and the archeological museum, as well as the nearby wetlands to go birdwatching. The apartment itself was clean, stylish and comfortable, provided with the necessary utensils for home-cooking. Great spacious and modern bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and attentive.

"Peaceful stay with an amazing view to the Sea!"

Amazing view to big blue and the sunset! All photos that you see are real! Comfortable apartment with all what you need for a relaxing stay! The most beautiful part is the veranda with the view to the Ionian Sea! The area is calm and peaceful. There is a beach in front and a very good taverna 5min walk.

"You’ll love it!"

Location location location!! The view was amazing as was the studio flat! The manager of the property was awesome!

If I had to nitpick, it didn’t have an a/c unit BUT with the property being a stones throw away from the ocean, we had a wonderful breeze and the sounds of the waves at night made for peaceful sleep.
