The location was perfect, not loud.

The room wasn't in the best shape, but for the money it was sufficient. I stayed only one night, so I just slept there and didn't spend more time in the apartment.

The door was not opening and the owner wasn't really resolutive and attentive. The s Shower curtain was to short so all the toilet floor was wet every time someone shower. Since there were issues with the door one client wasn't able to enter in the night and made a big mess, the police had to come, we barely slept and were scared. The owner didn't realise until next day because he was sleeping probably with the phone mute, but at the exact time of the check out he was very present to remind us we had to leave (we were not even late and had slept terrible). I understand the issues we had that night do not always happen so if you got a quiet night, is decent for the price

Prezzo onesto. Ottima posizione. Host preciso nel dare indicazioni per il check-in.

La camera necessita di manutenzione. Gli utensili della cucina e gli elettrodomestici necessitano di maggiore pulizia.
