En la habitación solo se nos dejó una toalla siendo que éramos una pareja. Poco detalle, oscuro. El baño sin papel higiénico, todo mojado.

As someone who travels frequently and stays in many hotels and rooms, I was very disappointed with this place. The room had an unpleasant smell, like something old and unclean. The walls were very dirty, as were many surfaces, including electrical outlets. There were visible cables hanging around, which made the space feel neglected. Inside the wardrobe, there were old broken tiles stored, which was quite unusual and unpleasant. The bathroom was also not clean. The tiles were dirty, and overall the bathroom felt poorly maintained. The shower was broken, and the bathtub curtain was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. In general, the whole place gave the impression of an abandoned room rather than a properly prepared accommodation. The curtain in the room did not fully cover the window, so there was a lack of privacy. The bed linens did not feel fresh, and the bed had an unpleasant smell. There was no hairdryer, so I had to buy one myself. There was not always hot water, and I had to take cold showers on two occasions. In addition, I was unable to sleep due to noise from other guests. There was loud talking and repeated door slamming until around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to rest.
