AC not working. I had to go down 3 tumes to ask them to check the ACs. They shifted us to a different room but AC was not working there too. Asked for towel but not given. No water given for drinking in the room. Even the faucets were not working properly. Room was not clean. and the top of all, my payment showed pending and I had to pay again but i have called them multiple times and yet they have not refunded me the amount which was earlier showing pending on paytm but later got confirmed.

The staff is just awful, they don’t know how to handle customer They are just sitting there just to say no to your every request And if you demand to share the manager no. they refuse to share that also Worst staff Worst experience Worst interior Worst hospitality

I am impressed stay this hotel. Room was so clean and compfortable also bed clean and comfort. Washroom aslo need and clean
