The apartment is conveniently located really near the bus stop for Ylläs ski bus. Besides that you have a local shop nearby, the lake, trails start few meters from your house...however it is not noisy, just perfect. We even saw aurora from the house. Host is very responsive and will try to help in any way possible. From the minute you settle in you will feel like at home and when you leave you will miss the place.

Beds need some improvement.

Cosy cottage and perfectly located close to Ylläs. Nice interior design and everything one needs on a wintersports travel. We loved the sauna and the lovely little details everywhere...

The owner wrote that he/she wants his/her apartment to be a 10 points accommodation, so our expectations have been very high. Unfortunately, we found spider webs, a finger nail (!!), nuts and bread crumbs on the furniture, sofa and floor :( Maybe we were just unlucky, sometimes that's how it is. So 9 points from us anyway.

Everything was perfect, great value. Modern.

Apartment was perfect and in real time much better then pictures show. Modern, stylish and very well equipped. We with family have high standarts and here Riikka met them all. This all and Surrounding with cross-country ski track and easy accesable Ylläs made our stay outstanding

Superb little house! Newley renovated to a very high standard in a smart layout. The kitchen is equipped to a level beyond any other house we have rented in Lapland! All new high quality utensils.👍 Same with the high quality beds, modern lighting, great sauna and bathroom. There is not a thing to complain about, especially for this price range.
