The staff was very nice. They decorated the room and brought in complimentary snacks at arrival. They helped with luggage !

The cleanliness. Although the rooms were clean, there were flies everywhere - there was a pack of flies in lobby which made it quite unpleasant to enjoy it and they stayed there all afternoon hovered over center area. Similar with inner breakfast/restaurant location and a few flies in room as well. There also wasn’t a good variety of food or dessert for dinner and at first only gave us the fixed menu. Only after saying we were going to eat elsewhere they brought over A La Carte which seemed shady - however the staff did give us compliment salads which was very nice. There was barely any other guests around which made the stay quite aerie

This historic property was amazing ! Authentic , beautifully renovated .

The property was beautiful and so well located. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff and service was unmatched. They went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. We had an early flight the day we checked out and left the hotel at 5 an, they had even prepared us a breakfast for our departure. Everything was so thoughtfully curated and the hotel was incredibly beautiful.

View from the terrace & rooftop restaurant. Location was very convenient for luggage drop-off & close to the Medina. Staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms are large and luxurious.

AC not strong enough in room. Water initially didn’t flow out from shower. Chair in living room not usable. TV didn’t have international chains.
