Location excellent

Could probably have better signage on studio door I thought it was 2 b not 26

The location was great. It was very central, right next to market, shops, restaurants and not too far from the car park. Heating (thermostat outside of room) was easy to control and meant the room was lovely and warm, when it was well below freezing outside. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had pretty much everything you needed, including some lovely tea, biscuits and hot chocolate.

There was clearly an issue with the kitchen drain. The plug hole in kitchen sink would gurgle really loudly when room(s) above used either their sink/toilet/shower. Gurgling was so loud it woke us up during the night, but luckily we figured out putting the plug in gave us some peace and quiet. There was also someone upstairs early evening shouting very aggressively, which was a bit unnerving. Hopefully not a permanent issue! Lastly, just a small thing for the owner, the remote for TV and also the wall clock weren’t working properly, hopefully just a battery issue.

The room was spotlessly clean and it had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. You could not get more central in Hexham than this property,it's on the market square. But what made it was the owner, she could not have been more accommodating. She even put herself out to help us out when we got in a situation of our own making! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Yale lock on the door,I like a fool proof keypad or an old fashioned lock.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and homely.

Difficulty parking but as soon as we worked out the Hexham system it was fine.

Great communication with host. Very clean and spacious. Excellent facilities. Extremely convenient location.

It was handy to central area

A car was parked outside front door the whole stay, barely able to move around it to get in and out of door. Very mouldy smell as you walk in the front door

I liked the location of the property - central to where I was going in Hexham - and I liked the facilities.
