Juste la vue et la proximité des activités nautiques et des commerces.

Difficile à trouver,par manque de signalisation,.mauvaise géo-localisation. Extérieur sale, l'accès à l'appartement très peu éclairé. Présence de cafards, vaisselle mal lavée.

Le palmier qui bouche la vue de la terrasse de la cuisine. L'accès avec les bagages mais on ne le fait qu'au départ et à l'arrivée...
